Where the correct price of the goods is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount on despatch. If the correct price of the goods is higher than the price stated on our site, we may, if possible, reject your order at our discretion, in which case we will notify you of such rejection and the correct price for the goods. Delivery charges are specified on the FAQ & Info page, on the Delivery & Returns page and at checkout. Free UK delivery is applied to any order above £75.00 (within the UK only).
7. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
Information displayed on this site relating to availability is subject to change by us without notice. We cannot guarantee permanent or continuous availability of all products on this site. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the unavailability of someone to take delivery of the products. It is your responsibility to contact the post office or courier company as applicable to arrange the collection or delivery of products that could not be delivered because you were unavailable.
For all overseas orders, parcels entering any country (not including the United Kingdom) may be subject to taxes, VAT and handling fees. We have no control over this as charges are specific to each individual country of import. As a result we unfortunately can’t advise how much, if anything, you would be liable to pay upon entry to your country.
Taxes and VAT vary from country to country so we would recommend checking the tax threshold for your country before placing your order so you don’t have any surprise charges. Alternatively, please contact us at email@example.com. Whilst we won’t be able to tell you exact figures, we may be able to indicate what might be charged if customs inspect the parcel.
Please note, any orders returned to us due to the receiver refusing to pay the import taxes will be refunded minus the cost of shipping once the item has been received back.
Payment for goods can be made through the PayPal portal, using either a PayPal account or a credit or debit card. Alternatively a credit card or debit card payment can be taken directly through our website (hosted by Wix). Your account will be charged following the submission of your order. Clearpay can also be used to spread payments over 6 weeks.

We unfortunately can’t exchange custom size items, as these have been made specially for you. However, we do offer an alteration service if you have ordered a garment that is too large. If you wish to use the alteration service, you must notify us of this in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You should send the goods back to us at your own cost for this alteration service and proof of postage is required.
