Priority Production Order Slots
Need a last minute outfit and can't wait the turnaround time? Don't stress as we're now offering priority slots to decease turnaround time. Orders placed with these will be made by the owner and designer, Amy Austin.
NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR PRIORITY ORDER SLOTS: Items in Black Shimmer, Items in Midnight Shimmer, items with 3D printed charms (the spider charms in the Web Collection, Floaty Playsuits with Ghost Charms, separate clip on charms sold in the 'Charms' section of the website - this does not include the metal ones in the alt/goth collection)
When would my order arrive with a Priority Production Order Slot?
This would depend on where you are based and what delivery method you select:
UK:
PPOS 3-5 working days and 48h delivery - 5 to 8 working days
PPOS 2-3 working days and 48h delivery - 4 to 6 working days
No PPOS and 48h delivery - up to 18 working days
