Order Turnaround Time
Every garment is handmade to order so please allow up to 15 working days for your garments to be made and despatched. Please email us before ordering if you need an order for a specific date.
What garment sizes do you offer?
We offer all our garments in UK size 4-18 as a guide but we can also use your measurements to provide a custom fit. Other sizes are also available by selecting 'other' from the size box and detailing your measurements in the box provided.

We deliver across UK, Europe and North America using various different Royal Mail services or we may also offer a courier service which you can choose at checkout if it is available at the time. You will be notified by email when your order has been despatched. We deliver to Australia using courier service only.

For all overseas orders (outside of UK), parcels entering any country may be subject to taxes, VAT and handling fees. We have no control over this as charges are specific to each individual country of import. As a result we unfortunately can’t advise how much, if anything, you would be liable to pay upon entry to your country.

How do I care for my garment?
Hand wash and air dry your EDGY JAYD items, to keep them in the best condition possible.
Do not put your items through the washing machine or tumble dryer.
Only iron your items inside out and on low heat to protect them from heat damage.
Do not overstretch your EDGY JAYD outfits. If your item does become stretched, hand wash as above and the item should return to its original shape.
Items aren’t indestructible, so we offer a free repair service (buyer pays postage) for if threads come unravelled or snap. Please contact us if this is required via email.
We accept one like-for-like exchange on standard sizes if your garment does not fit correctly. This must be communicated by email within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We unfortunately can’t exchange customised items, as these have been made specially for you. However, we do offer an alteration service free of charge within the UK.
We do not exchange bikini bottoms or bodysuits for hygiene reasons. We also do not exchange pre-made/sale items.
Refunds are only provided if items are faulty upon receipt.

What is holographic fabric?
Our garments are made with holographic material that reflects light as a rainbow effect, especially over lighter area of the fabric print. The reflecting rainbow effect changes as you move (see videos on our website and social media). This is best seen in sunlight but also under most standard lighting conditions.
What is neon fabric?
Neon fabric is very bright and attractive in sunlight and standard lighting conditions but under UV black light used at clubs and raves, it will 'glow'. You can see this effect in photos under any of the neon garments.
