FAQ & INFORMATION

Order Turnaround Time

Every garment is handmade to order so please allow up to 15 working days for your garments to be made and despatched. Please email us before ordering if you need an order for a specific date.

Delivery

We deliver across UK, Europe and North America using various different Royal Mail services or we may also offer a courier service which you can choose at checkout if it is available at the time. You will be notified by email when your order has been despatched. We deliver to Australia using courier service only.

In the event of your order being lost in the post, please see Delivery and Exchanges for more information.

For all overseas orders (outside of UK), parcels entering any country may be subject to taxes, VAT and handling fees. We have no control over this as charges are specific to each individual country of import. As a result we unfortunately can’t advise how much, if anything, you would be liable to pay upon entry to your country.

Returns

EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept one like-for-like exchange on standard sizes (size 4 to 18) within 48 hours of receipt if your garment does not fit correctly.

The product label must still be attached to the garment, be unworn and in perfect condition and be returned back to us within 14 days to qualify for an exchange. Buyer is liable for all shipping costs.

We unfortunately can’t exchange custom size items or custom items as these have been made specifically for you. However, we do offer an alteration service if you have ordered a garment that is too large. If you wish to use the alteration service, you must notify us of this in writing by email to amylianne@edgyjayd.com. Buyer is liable for all shipping costs.

We do not exchange bikini bottoms or bodysuits for hygiene reasons.

REFUNDS POLICY

For our premade garments, items can be returned for a refund (minus shipping costs) but you must first contact us by email at amylianne@edgyjayd.com and the garment must be recieved at the Edgy Jayd studio within 14 days to qualify for this refund. The product label must still be attached to the garment and items must be unworn and in perfect condition. Items should be posted back to us at buyer's expense with proof of postage. 

 

For our handmade-to-order garments, we do not provide refunds unless we delivered the item to you in error, or the item is damaged or defective. You must notify us immediately in the event of an error in your order or damage/defections by providing photographic evidence to report the issue.

What garment sizes do you offer?

We offer all our garments in UK size 4-18 as a guide but we can also use your measurements to provide a custom fit. Other sizes are also available by selecting 'other' from the size box and detailing your measurements in the box provided.

How do I care for my garment?

Hand wash and air dry your EDGY JAYD items, to keep them in the best condition possible.

Do not put your items through the washing machine or tumble dryer.

Only iron your items inside out and on low heat to protect them from heat damage.

Do not overstretch your EDGY JAYD outfits. If your item does become stretched, hand wash as above and the item should return to its original shape.

Items aren’t indestructible, so we offer a free repair service (buyer pays postage) for if threads come unravelled or snap. Please contact us if this is required via email.
