DELIVERY
Every garment is handmade to order so please allow up to 15 working days for your garments to be made and despatched. Please email us before ordering if you need your order before a specific date.
We deliver across UK, Europe and North America using various different Royal Mail services or we may also offer a courier service which you can choose at checkout if it is available at the time. You will be notified by email when your order has been despatched.
We also deliver to Australia using courier service. The cost of courier to Australia depends on how many items are ordered. Please select at checkout the option applicable to your order.
DELIVERY COSTS AND EXPECTED TRANSIT TIME
UK:
Royal Mail: 2nd Class signed for (2-4 working days after production) - £3.50
Royal Mail: 1st Class signed for (1-2 working days after production) - £5.00
Special Delivery: Next Day (after production)- £10.50
Spend over £75 for free 2nd class delivery
International orders:
Europe:
Royal Mail tracked and signed (5 working days after production) - £12.50
Timing is provided by Royal Mail, but will be subject to customs processing so may be longer than stated.
Courier is available at checkout for shipping in 3 working days after production.
North America:
Royal Mail tracked and signed (7 working days after production) - £18.00
Timing is provided by Royal Mail, but will be subject to customs processing so may be longer than stated.
Courier is available at checkout for shipping in 3 working days after production.
Australia:
Courier for 1-2 items - £42.00
Courier for 3 or more items - £49.00.
Tracking your order:
Once your order is despatched we do not have control over the delivery. Orders can be tracked using the tracking number provided and this is the only information we can access too. If you think your order may be lost in transit, please leave 15 working days for UK (5 working days for special delivery) and 25 working days for International since shipping before contacting us (Royal Mail imposed timescales).
In the case of parcels being lost, a claim can be processed through Royal Mail so please reach out to us. When choosing your shipping method, it is worth bearing in mind that UK signed for delivery compensation is only up to £50 whereas Special Delivery services compensate up to £750. International services offer compensation up to £250.
IMPORTANT OVERSEAS INFORMATION
For all overseas orders (outside of UK), parcels entering any country may be subject to taxes, VAT and handling fees. We have no control over this as charges are specific to each individual country of import. As a result we unfortunately can’t advise how much, if anything, you would be liable to pay upon entry to your country.
Taxes and VAT vary from country to country so we would recommend checking the tax threshold for your country before placing your order so you don’t have any surprise charges.
Alternatively, please contact us at amylianne@edgyjayd.com. Whilst we won’t be able to tell you exact figures, we may be able to indicate what might be charged if customs inspect the parcel.
Please note, any orders returned to us due to the receiver refusing to pay the import taxes will be refunded minus the cost of shipping once the item has been received back.
EXCHANGES
We accept one like-for-like exchange on standard sizes if your garment does not fit correctly. This must be communicated by email within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We unfortunately can’t exchange customised items, as these have been made specially for you. However, we do offer an alteration service free of charge.
We do not exchange bikini bottoms or bodysuits for hygiene reasons. We also do not exchange pre-made/sale items.
Refunds are only provided if items are faulty upon receipt.
