DELIVERY

Every garment is handmade to order so please allow between 5 and 10 working days for your garments to be made and despatched. Please email us before ordering if you need your order before a specific date.

 

We deliver across Europe and North America using Royal Mail tracked or within the UK we also offer a courier service by UPS (which you choose at checkout) and you will be notified by email when your order has been despatched.

DELIVERY COSTS AND EXPECTED TRANSIT TIME

UK:

Royal Mail:  2nd Class signed for (2-4 days after production) - £2.99

Royal Mail:   1st Class signed for (1-2 days after production) - £3.50

Special Delivery: Next Day (after production)- £11.00

Europe:

Royal Mail tracked and signed (3-4 days) - £10.00

This timing is provided by Royal Mail, but will be subject to customs processing so may be longer than stated.

North America:

Royal Mail tracked and signed (5-7 days) - £16.00

This timing is provided by Royal Mail, but will be subject to customs processing so may be longer than stated.

Tracking your order:

Once your order is despatched we do not have control over the delivery. Orders can be tracked using the tracking number provided and this is the only information we can access too. If you think your order may be lost in transit, then please contact us. 

IMPORTANT OVERSEAS INFORMATION

For all overseas orders (outside of UK), parcels entering any country may be subject to taxes, VAT and handling fees. We have no control over this as charges are specific to each individual country of import. As a result we unfortunately can’t advise how much, if anything, you would be liable to pay upon entry to your country.

Taxes and VAT vary from country to country so we would recommend checking the tax threshold for your country before placing your order so you don’t have any surprise charges.

 

Alternatively, please contact us at amylianne@edgyjayd.com. Whilst we won’t be able to tell you exact figures, we may be able to indicate what might be charged if customs inspect the parcel.

 

Please note, any orders returned to us due to the receiver refusing to pay the import taxes will be refunded minus the cost of shipping once the item has been received back.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We accept one like-for-like exchange on standard sizes if your garment does not fit correctly. 
We unfortunately can’t exchange customised items, as these have been made specially for you. However, we do offer an alteration service free of charge. 
We do not exchange bikini bottoms or bodysuits for hygiene reasons. We also do not exchange pre-made/sale items.
Refunds are only provided if items are faulty upon receipt.
