USA Delivery

Every garment is handmade to order so please allow up to 15 working days (not including weekends and bank holidays) for your garments to be made and despatched. Please email us before ordering if you need your order before a specific date.

We sometimes have 'Priority Production Order Slots' available at an additional cost which lowers turnaround time to either 2-3 working days or 3-5 working days, if you need your outfit ASAP. For more information and to book a Priority Production Order Slot (see the top of the page).

Ready to ship items can be shipped next working day (except Mondays), if your order only contains ready to ship items.

DELIVERY OPTIONS:
Royal Mail tracked and signed (estimated 7-10 working days after production) - £18.
If you select Royal Mail shipping option at checkout, then the new reciprocal tariff charges will be paid by us at the point we ship your order!

Courier is also available for US at checkout. Courier shipping is estimated to take 2-5 working days after production - £42.
Please note, this service will incur additional tariffs and charges after 29th August 2025.

Timing is provided by shipping company, but will be subject to customs processing so may be longer than stated.

The US have a new tariff system coming into force on 29th August.
This means that for any item of any value that you purchase outside of the US there will be a tariff. When you order from Edgy Jayd and select the Royal Mail shipping option, the ‘reciprocal tariff’ will be paid by us, so you won’t notice any difference to normal.

WHAT ARE WE DOING TO KEEP CHARGES AS LOW AS POSSIBLE?
We are working hard behind the scenes with government advisors and with postal service news updates to ensure you are unaffected by the changes when you order from Edgy Jayd using the Royal Mail shipping option. We aim to adsorb any additional costs involved with sending Royal Mail parcels to the US.

IMPORTANT: Courier services to the US have different tariffs and different systems. So if you select the Courier service, our current knowledge suggests you will be paying the tariffs and additional charges at the point of entry to the US. These charges may be significantly more than previously but we will keep updated as we know more on this.

HOW DO YOU MAKE SURE YOU DON'T GET CHARGED ANYTHING EXTRA TO NORMAL?
It’s simple to order from Edgy Jayd and keep prices low
1. Choose your fave items (the hardest bit)
2. Select Royal Mail shipping at checkout (Courier shipping has extra charges at customs)
3. Your order is made in our UK studio
4. Your order is shipped by Royal Mail and you receive tracking emails of its progress
5. Your order is delivered!

WILL THINGS CHANGE IN THE FUTURE?
We will be keeping up to date with all changes to the system over the coming months and will let you know if there is anything different that will affect you.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION​:
We have no control over import tariffs, taxes and charges as they are specific to each individual country of import. As a result we unfortunately can’t advise how much you may be liable to pay, if anything, upon entry to your country.

We recommend checking information for your country before placing your order so you don’t have any surprise charges.

Please note, any orders returned to us due to the receiver refusing to pay the import taxes will be refunded minus the cost of shipping and an admin charge once the item has been received back at our discretion.

The delivery time quoted above is the time parcels usually take to arrive. This time frame is based on our experience, together with that stated by Royal Mail. However, there could be some delays which are out of our control. If a parcel doesn't reach its destination by 25 working days from despatch then it is officially declared as 'lost in post' by Royal Mail at which point we are able to provide a replacement or refund.
