Floaty Shorts

The Floaty Shorts are like a skirt around each leg, joined in the middle. They are designed to look like a skater skirt, but are less 'risky' to dance in as it won't fly as you jump. The shorts are cut to flare out from the waist, enhancing curves and creating a fuller look around the hips. The body length of the floaty shorts is also adjusted for different heights, and can also be adjusted for people with long or short torsos.

They're also great for people who are insecure about their tummies as the centre seam of the shorts follows the line of the tummy which helps to create a 'flat look' compared to how some skater skirts flare out from the waistline. The floaty shorts then hide the seam that follows the tummy so it can't be seen from the side or diagonal, making them super confidence boosting for people who aren't as confident about this area of themselves.

Regardless of your height, the length of the shorts will look a similar length/coverage on you to to it does on the model because of how it is adjusted for height. Because of this, we can't give you a standard length of the floaty shorts, but the length of the fabric at the crotch is 1.5" to 2" depending on size.
